Hey our wonderful Americans almost in Kenya!
You have been given and are suppose to start reading the sweet devotional called “The Journey“. Its a great devo that is suppose to start helping you prepare for Kenya and all the things that we are going to be experiencing there. We want to encourage you to go through each day for these next three weeks and spend some good time with God and learning what He wants to teach you through it. You are obviously going to get out of it what you put into it, so spends some good time working through it. Its also a great way to start preparing yourself for doing daily devotionals (which is what we are going to be doing during our trip).
So write something new that God is teaching for each week leading up to the trip. It can be super long, or super short… but its a great way to start sharing with how God is working in our lives. Simply comment at the bottom of this blog.
If you haven’t been able to download The Journey, here are some instructions. Day 1 is suppose to be May 8th. Have a blast spending time with God!
1. Open you aim account page and go to “Application Home Page”
2. Go to the section that says “Application Status”. The line below it will say in red “You’ve been accepted!”. At the end of the red text will be a link that says “page”.
3. Click on this link and it will take you a page with all of the files you can download including The Journey and The Real Life Handbook!
